The Global Brotherhood Collective (GBC): A Values-Based Leadership Incubator for Male Chiropractic Students Without Legacy Networks. Chiropractic students from underrepresented backgrounds frequently lack access to professional mentorship networks, limiting their capacity to develop sustainable practice models post-graduation. GBC addresses this critical gap and includes Business and Psychology students in a research-informed leadership incubator that integrates positive psychology coaching, chiropractic embodiment principles, and values-based decision-making within triadic leadership structures: one Student, one Mentor, one Coach.
